Banned Items

The following items are not allowed on LendList:

• Any items whose terms of use forbid lending them out, or restrict usage to a specified person or group
• Counterfeit items
• Drug paraphernalia
• Firearms or weapons
• Government (including police, fire, ambulance, military, or transit) documents, badges, or uniforms
• Hate literature
• Hazardous or dangerous goods
• Lockpicking or locksmithing devices
• Mailing lists and personal information
• Memberships, or passes
• Money, currency, stocks or other securities
• Non-existant items or items you do not own
• Non-reusable or perishable items such as food or fireworks
• Pornography, sex toys
• Recalled Items
• Software, virtual goods, or downloadable media
• Stolen property
• Unauthorized copies of media (books, papers, cds, dvds)
• Under garments, bathing suits or earings (for hygenic reasons)
  
  
• Any other items that by LendList.org's sole discretion, we declare inappropriate

Posting, lending or borrowing these items can lead to the removal of the item, the credits obtained, and/or the deletion of your account and withdrawal of your authorization to use LendList.org.
